The Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Museum is located at No. 149, Jiaogong Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, with an exhibition area of 3000 square meters. It officially opened on October 15, 2013. Zhejiang entrepreneurs are the backbone of Zhejiang Province’s national economy, creating immense material and spiritual wealth for Zhejiang, China, and the world.
The museum is positioned as the ‘spiritual home of global Zhejiang entrepreneurs,’ comprehensively showcasing the ‘people, objects, and events’ of Zhejiang’s economy over thousands of years, especially the growth and strengthening of Zhejiang’s private economy since the reform and opening up, as well as the entrepreneurial and innovative history of more than ten million global Zhejiang entrepreneurs.
The museum is divided into fourteen sections: Millennium Business Pulse, Pioneering, Early Spring of Qiantang, Breaking the Ice, Shining Stars, Competing in the神州, Sailing to the World, Heroic Backs, Intellectual Elites, Heroines, Entrepreneurial Families, Social Responsibility, Public Environment, and Towards the Future. Adhering to the basic principle of ‘wealth as the appearance, spirit as the core,’ and upholding the new business ethics of ‘not judging success or failure by wealth, nor heroes by success or failure,’ the museum is planned, designed, and displayed.
Opening hours are from 9:00 to 17:00; closed on Mondays.
