Zhijiang Cultural and Creative Park in Hangzhou is jointly created by the Xihua District Committee and the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the Zhijiang National Tourism Resort, and is one of the first batch of ten cultural and creative industrial parks named by Hangzhou City. Every year, the end of April sees the China International Animation Festival, October hosts the Hangzhou Cultural Expo, and Christmas is a particularly lively time at Phoenix · International Creative, with various activities being concentrated. The summer holiday is a period of intensive training, where some international and professional graphic design, film post-production, comic, and interior design training courses are held here. The park is open all year round from 09:00 to 18:00.
