The Hangzhou Zhijiang Phoenix International Creative Park, located in the Zhijiang section of Hangzhou’s West Lake District, is a creative park transformed from the former Shuangliu Cement Factory. It has now become a popular spot for taking photos and sharing on social media.
Walking straight to the end of the creative park, you can see the ‘Little Iceland’ within the park, which is a small lake with clear water, nestled between two textured hills, with a rock exposed above the water surface in the middle of the lake.
