Zhong Linmei Square in Xiamen University was built with donations from Zhong Baoyu and his siblings to commemorate their mother, Ms. Zhong Linmei. There is a sculpture on the square that resembles taking off. The sculpture is neither exactly like a wave, nor a bird, nor a book, symbolizing that everything in Xiamen University is taking off. The opening hours are all day, throughout the year.
