The Zhou Xinfang Drama Art Museum, facing south, was originally the Zhang Shang Study Room. It is divided into two distinct parts: the main hall and the local opera hall.
The main hall is dedicated to showcasing four major chapters of Zhou Xinfang’s life and work:
1. Zhou Xinfang’s Hometown Affection
2. Artistic Life
3. Qi School Art and Disciples
4. Family Life
This hall displays a collection of precious photos, books, video materials, and clothing and utensils associated with the opera performances that Zhou Xinfang starred in, directed, and guided. These exhibits offer a comprehensive view of Mr. Zhou Xinfang’s exceptional artistic achievements and his noble artistic ethics and character. Additionally, the main hall features a wall of famous opera excerpts and audio-visual works.
The museum’s opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 to 16:30, all year round. It is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year.
