Above Zhounan Garden is the seal script ‘Former Wenzhou Prefecture Library’. Located by Jiushan River and Shengxi Bridge in Wenzhou, there is an arched gate in the form of a screen wall of Zhounan Garden with the two large characters ‘Zhounan Garden’. It was built in memory of Sun Yirang. It is the location of the former library in Wenzhou.
