The Zhu Bingren Bronze Sculpture Museum is a grand mansion dedicated to the art of bronze. It encapsulates the essence of copper and integrates traditional Chinese artistic forms such as painting, sculpture, architecture, and calligraphy. Visitors can admire bronze calligraphy, murals, and Buddha statues here and experience the unique culture of copper and Buddhism.
The museum is vast, with a total construction area of nearly 3000 square meters. All doors, windows, roofs, columns, and furniture except for the facade walls and the ground are made of and decorated with copper, consuming a total of 65 tons of raw copper. The overall style of the museum is presented in the typical Jiangnan residential style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with winding corridors, layered halls, and a shimmering copper glow, exuding an antique and luxurious atmosphere and earning it the title of ‘Jiangnan Copper House’.
Opening hours: The museum is open on Mondays from 09:00 to 22:00 throughout the year. It is closed all day from Tuesdays to Sundays.
