Zhu Zai Ling is located in the southern part of Weizhou Island, situated in the relatively central position of a crescent-shaped bay. This verdant islet is actually a massive rock isolated in the sea. Due to its resemblance to a reclining fat pig from a distance, with small eyes, short ears, a high forehead, and a plump body, it has earned its name. Zhu Zai Ling is approximately 100 meters away from Weizhou Island, and there is a path made of scattered rocks leading to it. During low tide, one can walk to the island via this path, but it gets submerged during high tide. It is not recommended to visit the island without knowing the exact time of the tides to avoid getting stranded. In fact, the view of the island from a distance is more beautiful. The site is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
