Zhucheng City Zoo

Zhucheng City Zoo is located in front of Dongsu Village, Miszhou Street. The entire park is divided into five major functional areas: animal viewing area, leisure amusement area, science education area, water entertainment area, and catering shopping area. It is a large-scale zoo that focuses on the breeding and protection of wild animals, popularization of scientific knowledge, and cultural leisure entertainment.
Currently, the zoo has a rich variety of animal species, complete recreational facilities, and integrated catering and shopping. Some of the animals include 300 sika deer, alpacas, peacocks, monkeys, bears, Siberian tigers, African lions, giraffes, kangaroos, red pandas, zebras, camels, meerkats, four-horned sheep, and ostriches.

Apart from the animals, there are also large-scale amusement projects such as Ferris wheels, World Tour, Physical Fitness Paradise, High-altitude Flight, Merry-Go-Round, Drifting Go-Karts, Pirate Ships, and World Tours. Additionally, there are numerous adult/child/family projects such as Jungle Shuttle, Inflatable Castles, Children’s Hand-Crank Boats, Mini Trains, Dream Mazes, Haunted Castles, Flower and Fruit Mountain Drifting, Happy Bumper Cars, and Crazy Rats.

The zoo is open all year round from 08:30 to 17:30. Preferential policies for children: free for those under 1.2 meters tall; discounted for those 1.2 meters (inclusive) to 1.4 meters (inclusive) tall. For the elderly: discounted for those aged 60 to 69; free for those aged 70 and above with valid identification or senior citizen’s cards. For military personnel: free for active-duty soldiers with valid identification.


For disabled individuals: free for those with the second-generation disability certificate issued by the national disability federation or a disabled soldier’s certificate. For firefighters: free for those with a Fire Brigade Cadre Certificate and Firefighter Certificate issued by the Emergency Management Department. For journalists: free for those with a press card issued by the Press and Publication Bureau.
