The Zigong Dinosaur Museum is located in the northeastern part of Zigong City, built on the ‘Dashanpu Dinosaur Fossil Group Site’. It is a specialized dinosaur museum in China, known as the ‘Oriental Dragon Palace’, where visitors can learn various knowledge about dinosaurs. The museum has two floors; the first floor displays 18 dinosaur skeletons, which are enormous and extremely impressive. In the dinosaur fossil hall, one can see thousands of fossils arranged orderly, leaving a dazzling and astonishing impression.
The second floor features the ‘Dinosaur Revival’ exhibition hall, where the scenes of dinosaurs’ lives are simulated with sound, light, and electricity, creating a very realistic experience.
