Zigong Jianshan Scenic Area is located in Rongbian Town, Ziliujing District, at the western gateway of the ‘Salt Capital’ Zigong, approximately 10 kilometers from the city center. It is a provincial-level natural scenic reserve and a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Established in 1955, the scenic area covers a total area of 2.86 square kilometers, with a coordinated planning area of 7.1 square kilometers. Featuring a forest coverage rate of over 70% and a negative oxygen ion concentration as high as 5,000 per cubic meter, it is an ecological pastoral tourism destination integrating eco-vacations, waterfront sports, summer retreats, health preservation, and rural tourism.
