Purple Valley Eden was opened to the public in mid-June 2013, with a planned area of approximately 40 hectares. The park features over 20 scenic spots including a fountain square, windmills, moons, musical notes, pianos, and telephone booths, serving various functions such as sightseeing, leisure, wedding photography, and wedding celebrations.
Located on the beautiful banks of the Yongding River, adjacent to the ancient riverbank, Purple Valley Eden boasts a prime location, just 20 kilometers from the city center and only 4 kilometers from the Lugou Bridge. It is accessible via multiple transportation arteries such as the West Fifth Ring Road, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau, and Beijing-Kaifeng highways, making it an ideal spot for urban dwellers to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, to relax, and to enjoy the tranquility and freshness. Additionally, the park provides a large underground parking lot for visitors, making parking very convenient. With lavender viewing as its theme and specialty, from May to October each year, dozens of flowers and lavender bloom in the park, creating a visual feast. The rolling lavender fields and the well-arranged European-style architecture complement each other, while the artistic fountain square and windmill corridors add a touch of elegance and uniqueness. About 16 hectares of ecological gardens are available for visitors to stroll and rest, with chrysanthemums and other ground-covering flowers sown under the trees, allowing one to experience the harmony and romance of nature and humanity, momentarily forgetting the stress and noise of urban life. Opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round. For preferential policies: 1.
