Daytime Whispers, formed in 2017, is a band with a warm, dreamy musical texture and explosive, versatile live performances. Originating from Chengdu, they have absorbed the alternative psychedelia of British music and stand out with their electrified musical language.
After a four-year hiatus, on August 29th, we released our third full-length album ‘Afterglow’. Compared to our previous two albums, we have chosen to focus more on expression in this one—stories from our surroundings and messages from afar are included in the album.
Next, we will embark on the Daytime Whispers 2024 New Album Winter Tour with ‘Afterglow’. If everyone’s world has its own timing method, then I believe winter is the perfect season to indulge together. For it is in the proximity of cold that we become more real under the afterglow. The new calendar of Daytime Whispers will also set off from this winter!
