Xihai Art Museum is a non-profit art institution located on the south bank of Tangdao Bay in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao. Situated within the international integrated art community of Xihai Art Bay, it serves as a core institution in the community’s art ecosystem. Designed by the renowned French architect Jean Nouvel, the museum is committed to showcasing a variety of art forms, including classics and contemporaries, fashion and design, music, and performance, through cross-cultural and cross-media artistic innovation.
Opening Hours: The museum is open from 09:30 to 17:00 Tuesday through Sunday throughout the year; it is closed all day on Mondays. On New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, the museum is open from 09:30 to 17:00.
