Only Love Drama Fantasy City is the second directorial work in Wang Chaoge’s ‘Only’ series of theatrical fantasy cities, following the ‘Impression’ series of live performances and the ‘Once Again’ series of situational experience dramas. The Fantasy City is composed of six major theaters: Ru Yue Theater, Ru Xin Theater, Ru Hua Theater, Ru Opera Theater, Ru Gu Theater, and Ru Yi Theater. They are respectively located within the approximately 3000-acre Dutch Flower Sea Tourism Resort, exploring the essence of life with love as the central theme.
Inspired by the Dutch Flower Sea in Dafeng, Yancheng, director Wang Chaoge started from the concept of ‘drama plus’, skillfully integrating love and the flower sea. The creation takes drama as the essence, breaking through the physical boundaries of time and space to a greater extent to present the various forms of love.
