The Andaz Lounge takes advantage of the spring light to introduce a brand new ‘Graceful Blossoms’ light afternoon tea, inviting you to enjoy the greenery of spring.
Cherry Schibsted cream. When the brilliant soul of French desserts – Schibsted cream meets Andaz selected cherries, the sweetness of the cream and the slight acidity of the cherries glide across the tip of the tongue like a graceful dancer dancing lightly on the tip of the tongue. The taste buds will have a lively and vibrant flavor. Paired with macadamia nuts, it will give the taster an additional layer of taste after chewing and encountering deliciousness. Paired with the vibrant feeling of spring, it will add more novelty to the deliciousness of this dessert.
Caramel banana coconut tart. The unique slight bitterness of caramel, combined with the soft and sweet banana and coconut tart, as it enters the mouth, with chewing, the coconut fragrance and various flavors can dance between the lips and teeth, leaving a layered and mellow aftertaste in the mouth.
Taiwanese pineapple cake. The distinct pulp fiber of Taiwanese pineapple cake has a tight texture. The ‘Graceful Blossoms’ light afternoon tea, featuring this delightful dumpling, is available from 13:00 to 17:30 every day starting from February 15. It can be enjoyed at Andaz Lounge, located on the first floor of Andaz Shanghai Xintiandi Hotel, 88 Songshan Road.
