The Jiangshan Peninsula Golf Club is a mountain golf course, just 1 kilometer from the coastline, surrounded by the sea on three sides, enjoying a warm winter and a cool summer with a constant sea breeze. The current 18-hole course spans a total length of 6,858 yards with a standard par of 72, making it a rare coastal mountain golf course in China. Designed and supervised by a well-known American golf course design company, the fairways are built along the mountain contours, undulating and making full use of the surrounding areas to cultivate ornamental plants such as camellias. The design leverages the terrain and climate characteristics to reduce the overall length and width of the fairways, relying on the elevation differences and the variable sea breeze to present various challenges. The unique geographical location and landscape design allow golfers to enjoy the sea breeze challenges of a coastal course while appreciating the grandeur and boldness of a mountain course.
