The former residence of Che Xiangchen is located in Heping District, Shenyang. It was built in the 1920s and has a building area of approximately 264 square meters. It is a two-story Japanese-style building with an internal corridor layout.
The rooms on the south side have relatively large window openings and were mainly used as living rooms and bedrooms. The rooms on the north side are smaller and were used as a kitchen, bathroom, and other auxiliary spaces.
Wooden materials were used for interior partitions, and sliding doors were installed for the rooms. Che Xiangchen once lived here.
