Yang Yuting Mansion is located at No. 6 Kuixinglou Road, Dadong District, and is currently used by the Dadong District National Tax Bureau. It is a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit in Liaoning Province.
Yang Yuting was born in 1885 and once served as the Chief of the General Staff of the Northeast Army.
The mansion consists of a main building and a courtyard house. The main building is Western-style, with a brick-concrete structure, two floors above ground and one basement level. It features an imitation stone facade, arched windows with curved window casings, and semicircular columns between the windows on the second floor with Ionic capitals.
A entrance hall is built in front of the main entrance, with a high staircase leading to it. The interior of the hall is decorated with exquisite wood carvings. Outside the west gable wall, an oval open hall connects to the main building. This hall has two floors: the first floor is decorated with Ionic capitals, and the second-floor eaves are adorned with wooden carved tassels. The basement level has windows rising above ground.
The courtyard house is located south of the main building and was built earlier than the main building. It consists of a main hall, east and west wing rooms, and a gatehouse. It is a traditional Chinese-style building with gray bricks and tiles, a front corridor, and a flush gable roof. The main hall has five bays, with a projection in front of the central bay and side rooms on the east and west. All four buildings feature painted purlins, beams, and corridors, with red-painted columns, and the ground under the corridors is paved with decorative glazed tiles. In the center of the courtyard stands a white marble carved lotus fountain.
