The Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO) was founded in 1949. Starting from the 2023/24 concert season, Sir Simon Rattle takes over as the chief conductor. This tour in Taiwan presents three sets of German-Austrian classic repertoires to feast classical music fans. The Taichung performance features ‘All Brahms’, including Piano Concerto No. 2 in B-flat major with South Korean ‘piano poet’ Seong-Jin Cho as the soloist and Symphony No. 2 in D major.
