Huangtan Dong Village, originally established during the Baoqing era of the Song Dynasty, is composed of a stockade gate, village entrance, village alleys, stream ditches, ancestral halls, temples, and courtyards. It is one of the few ancient villages in Zhejiang Province that have not been harmed by urbanization.
