The magnificent scene described in the ci poem ‘Fisherman’s Song’ by Zhang Zhihe, a famous poet of the Tang Dynasty, ‘In front of Xisai Mountain, egrets fly; peach blossoms in flowing water, and mandarin fish are fat. Wearing a green bamboo hat and a green coir raincoat, one need not return in the gentle wind and drizzle.’ is emerging in the Bailu Valley at Xisai Mountain in Miaoxi Town, Wuxing District. Bailu Valley is located south of Xisai Mountain. It is named after the large number of egrets that play and perch here from March to October every year. In March of spring, the peach blossoms all over the valley are as brilliant as morning glow; in midsummer, fish jump and shrimps are lively in the streams; in October of golden autumn, the mountain is fully dyed with red leaves; in the depth of winter, the valley is still full of green everywhere. Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, open from 07:00 to 18:00.
