The Shuiting Ancestral Hall is located at the southern end of Central Street in Yantou Village. Its exterior wall is 65 meters long from east to west and 25.4 meters wide from north to south. Currently, there is still one main hall. In front of the main hall is a large pool. There is a pavilion in the center of the pool. Currently, there is still a 16-square-meter slate base. The Shuiting Ancestral Hall was originally a large academy in the Nanxi River Basin.
To the south, there is a Wenfeng Pagoda. Standing in the water pavilion of the academy and looking south, the tower shadow just happens to be reflected in the pool, forming the feng shui pattern of ‘writing brush dipped in ink’ that every village in Nanxi River pursues.
