Established on August 19, 2006, the Huangmei Opera Pavilion is managed and operated by Anqing City 5235 Huangmei Opera Pavilion Co., Ltd. The pavilion is located at 633 Renmin Road in the bustling area of Anqing City, covering a total area of 1200 square meters. The interior decoration is based on Hui-style architecture, featuring eaves and carved railings, exuding an antique charm, simple elegance, and solemnity, with a strong sense of drama.
The pavilion is divided into two parts: the front area is a public art exhibition hall, displaying a large number of old photos related to Huangmei Opera, allowing visitors and tea drinkers to gain a preliminary understanding of the development history of Huangmei Opera. The center of the pavilion is the performance hall, with a medium-sized stage specially for performances, adorned with festive red lanterns on both sides. The hall draws inspiration from ancient teahouse art, with redwood tables and chairs that are solemn and elegant, capable of accommodating more than 200 spectators at a time. Drawing on ancient teahouse art, the viewing area is divided into two levels. The first floor hall is equipped with 12 redwood tables, close to the stage, allowing for an up-close appreciation of Huangmei Opera performances. The second floor of the pavilion features three private boxes with independent viewing platforms, from which the entire stage can be seen from above. Additionally, 12 card seats and 2 card boxes are added on both sides of the hall and on the second floor, allowing the audience to experience the unique charm of Huangmei Opera from various angles. The pavilion is open from 20:30 to 22:00 all year round.Huangmei Opera Pavilion
