Longxing Island is located within the Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, and it is a must-see attraction that requires a cruise ship for round trips. The island is lush with vegetation and features a hill with an elevation of 110 meters. Visiting the island is akin to a mountaineering journey, though it doesn’t involve much climbing. Upon reaching the summit, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful Tianmu Lake.

Upon entering the Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, visitors can take a cruise ship from the pier located between the lake and the mountains to Longxing Island. Upon return, the cruise ship will take tourists to the China Tea Island, which is connected to the mountains by a bridge.

After arriving at Longxing Island via cruise ship, one can first visit the White Dragon Waterfall and then the Butterfly Valley, which houses butterfly specimens. Exiting Butterfly Valley, visitors can take two open-air escalators (up only) to the top for an overview of the entire Tianmu Lake Scenic Area. Descending from the direction of the Elf Kingdom, without retracing one’s steps, one can encounter peacock, rabbit, and squirrel parks, where small animals can be seen. Further down is the performance venue of the Elf Kingdom, where cartoon character performances are held, each lasting 25 minutes. A sign indicating the performance times is present upon boarding Longxing Island, with actual times subject to the scenic area’s schedule.

The scenic area is open year-round from 08:00 to 17:00. To reach Longxing Island, a cruise ship is required, with the last departure time being 15:00. The specific operating status is subject to the day’s opening conditions.
