Yan Cang Mountain Scenic Area is divided into several sections including the entrance, Yan Men Ancient Road, Yan Cang Valley, and Jiu Long Stream.
Yan Cang Valley features five peaks known as Tian Guan, Yu Ping, Bai Di, Xiang Lu, and Guan Hai, which encircle a secluded valley reminiscent of a goose nest. The area is filled with lush bamboo forests, caves, and towering cliffs, and is a popular wintering spot for geese.
