The sea erosion landforms, such as sea grooves, add a unique landscape to Waipushan. Particularly in the south, centuries of wave erosion have created many splendid natural landscapes, including steep sea cliffs that inspire awe when viewed from above. On the mountain, there is a memorial pavilion, Wentao Pavilion, dedicated to Master Hong Yi, and a small Putuo Zen Temple, which houses statues of Guanyin brought from Japan and the four famous Buddhist mountains.
