Ci Shan Temple in Changzhou, located in Minghuang of Wujin District, has an architectural style that, from a distance, resembles temples found in Thailand or the Xishuangbanna region, exuding a strong Southeast Asian flair. The entire temple shines with a golden glow and is said to be one of the larger Pure Land Buddhism temples dedicated to Amitabha Buddha in the Jiangnan area. It adopts the Dai ethnic style, also known as the Theravada Buddhist architectural style, making Ci Shan Temple a temple with a rich exotic charm and high aesthetic appeal in Changzhou and even the Jiangnan region.
