The planning of Zhang Jian’s hometown features a spatial layout of ‘one street, one village, and one field’. The ‘one street’ refers to Liuxi Banjie, which includes four streets and two rivers: the north-south oriented Qinglong River and the east-west oriented Yisheng River; the four streets are Changtai Street, Jian Gong Street, Ji Zhi Street, and Sisheng Street. The ‘one village’ is Tao Zhihua Resort Village, where Zhongnan will create a boutique homestay resort village based on the traditional Haimen residential structure ‘Sitingzhai Gully’.
The ‘one field’ is the Field of the Four Gentlemen, which is a pastoral experience area centered around farmland sightseeing and agricultural experience. The entire area will be gradually opened to the public in two phases.
