It features attractions such as Haitang Left Bank, Haitang Workshop, Haitang Bonsai Garden, Straw Hat Forum, Rice Dream Space, Rice Field Station, Day Lily Flower Sea, Xin’an Old Street, and Visitor Center, creating a scenic layout of ‘Haitang Flowers Blooming in Xin’an, Enjoying the Eighteen Views of Haitang’.
It is a national 3A-level tourist scenic area integrating rural sightseeing, cultural appreciation, ecological leisure, and scientific research and innovation.
