The Shanghai University Museum (Shanghai-style Culture Museum) is located in the eastern part of Baoshan campus of Shanghai University. The institution was established and construction preparation was started on May 18, 2008. The new museum was officially opened and registered in 2019. The museum is now composed of the Shanghai-style Culture Museum, the Shanghai Dialect Culture Exhibition and Experience Hall (exhibition), the History Museum of Shanghai University (exhibition), the Qian Weichang Memorial Hall (exhibition), and the outdoor exhibition area of the history of Shanghai University (1922-1927), Suyuan, etc.
