Chenghuang Temple of Qingpu, a Taoist temple, is one of the important deities widely worshipped in ancient Chinese national religious culture. Most of them are made up of famous officials and heroes who have made contributions to the local people and are believed to be the gods who protect the city in Chinese folk and Taoist beliefs. The main hall of Qingpu Chenghuang Temple enshrines the Qingpu County Chenghuang Fuyu Xianling Bo, Shen En, and the rear hall is the sleeping palace. It was built in the sixth year of the Ming Dynasty Wanli, rebuilt in the eleventh year of Chongzhen, and expanded in the seventeenth year of Chongzhen. In the fifty-second year, the county magistrate Sun Fengming continued to expand and repair, and later abandoned it. It has a history of nearly six hundred years. Through the vicissitudes of life and the changes of dynasties, Qingpu Chenghuang Temple has also experienced ups and downs. The opening hours are from 08:00 to 16:00 all year round, and on the first and fifteenth days of the lunar month (and Taoist festivals), the opening hours are from 5:00 to 16:00.
