Pipa Spring is located in the southeast corner of the Ring City Park, on the west side of Black Tiger Spring. It is named because the sound of the water is gurgling, just like the rhyme of a pipa. The spring pool is a square pool made of stone, 6 meters long, 5 meters wide and 2 meters deep. It is surrounded by stone carved railings. The spring pool extends into the moat and is 1 meter higher than the river surface. There are two layers of stone steps on the outer wall of the pool. The spring water overflows the spring pool and flows down through the stone steps, making a pleasant sound, as if playing the pipa. There is Pipa Bridge in the east of the spring and Qingyin Pavilion in the west. Tourists can fully listen to the sound of the spring and enjoy the spring scenery on the bridge and in the pavilion.
