The former site of Marquis Hotel is a German 19th-century castle-like building with brick and stone structure. The building area is about 1474.32 square meters. The building has four floors in total, including an attic and a basement. The building is more than 10 meters high. There are rough mushroom stone plinths. Facing south, the main entrance is set on the south facade. The facade adopts an asymmetric layout. There is a terrace on the second floor on the south side. There is a round tower at the southwest corner. The ground floor is supported by short and thick stone pillars that are in the shape of a bucket. The gabled roof covered with pantiles has skylights. It is currently used by the Shinan District Branch of the Qingdao Public Security Bureau. Opening hours: open all day throughout the year. The exterior is open all day.
