Lu’an Ocean Grand World is the first ocean-themed park in Lu’an City and one of the largest aquariums in Anhui, with a construction area of 10,000 square meters. Located at the intersection of Jiefang Road and Dabie Mountain Road in the C district of Zhe Dong Trade City, it is a large, modern, and advanced ocean life science and education center that integrates viewing, educational activities, leisure, and business exhibitions.
The aquarium features an underwater viewing tunnel, showcasing a variety of aquatic creatures to the public; a marine life performance area with regularly updated performances by marine animals; an ocean knowledge science area equipped with professional knowledge interpretation and educational video screenings to enhance visitors’ understanding of marine life. Additionally, the park sells marine products and offers other value-added services.
Opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 all year round, with preferential policies for children: free for those under 1.2 meters (inclusive); discounted for those between 1.2 meters (exclusive) and 1.5 meters (inclusive). Elderly: free for those aged 70 and above (inclusive) with a senior citizen card or ID card. Military personnel: discounts for active-duty soldiers with officer ID and veterans with preferential treatment certificates. Students: discounts for full-time university and graduate students with student IDs. Disabled individuals: discounts with a disability certificate.
