The location of Zhongshan Park in Zhongshan City is Yandun Mountain in the bustling downtown area of Shiqi. Yandun Mountain is also known as Fufeng Mountain and Shiqi Mountain. At the connection between the upper part of the eight columns and the green glazed tile roof, there are patterns with the words ‘Zhongshan’.

There are plaques on both the front and back of the pavilion. There is ‘Zhongshan Memorial Pavilion’ on the front and Sun Yat-sen’s handwriting ‘For the Benefit of All Under Heaven’ on the back.
