The Today Art Museum was founded in 2002. It is a private non-enterprise public welfare art museum in China. The museum was originally the boiler room of the Beijing Brewery. The entire building is novel and unique. In order to highlight the works displayed inside, the entire interior design is all white, which is very impressive. The Today Art Museum mainly collects, researches, and displays contemporary Chinese artworks.
Since its establishment in 2002, the Today Art Museum has collected nearly 1,000 important contemporary artworks of various types. The collection is mainly composed of three parts: the works in the collection of the Today Art Museum, the virtual collection works of the Today Art Museum, and donated works, almost including the works of all famous contemporary artists.
