Hu Bu Mountain, also known as Nan Shan, is located to the south of the ancient city of Xuzhou. In 206 BC, Xiang Yu, the Overlord of Western Chu, made Pengcheng his capital and built the Xi Ma Tai on the mountain top, which has become the first scenic spot in Xuzhou.
