Huantan Park is named after Huan Tan, a great philosopher and scholar from the Huaihai region during the transition between the Western and Eastern Han dynasties. The park is divided into four major functional areas: the Western Commercial and Interactive Zone, the Southern Morning Exercise and Leisure Zone, the Eastern Sightseeing and Appreciation Zone, and the Northern Health and Leisure Zone. Major attractions such as Huantan Lake, Huantan Memorial Hall, and Lingbo Boardwalk are interspersed throughout. The park is open all year round, accessible 24/7.
