The Huaihai Campaign Memorial Hall is located in the Huaihai Campaign Martyrs Memorial Tower Garden in the southern suburbs of Xuzhou City. The memorial hall here refers to the new hall. There is an old hall in the garden. The exhibitions in the new hall are divided into six parts: the front hall, the preface hall, the campaign hall, the support front hall, the martyrs hall, and the back hall. A total of more than 2,200 precious cultural relics, historical photos, oil paintings, traditional Chinese paintings, sculptures, etc. are on display, including the telegram manuscript of ‘Operational Guidelines for the Huaihai Campaign’, the radio used by the general front committee of the Huaihai Campaign to direct operations, and the portraits and relics of 86 martyrs. The exhibition has rich cultural relics, prominent focuses, reasonable layout, and advanced equipment.
