Ma’s Residence is composed of a residence and a garden. This residence has seven entrances in total. The brick-carved gate tower with polished bricks is exquisitely crafted. The large flower wall with polished bricks is elegant and straight. The halls are spacious and elegant, with a layout of three visible bays and five hidden bays. It covers an area of nearly 4,400 square meters, and there are currently 1,428 square meters of old houses. The combined area of Ding’s and Ma’s residences is more than 3,700 square meters. Originally, 62 households with a total of 207 people lived here. Open all year round and all day. The exterior is open all day.
