Hua Luogeng Park is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was built in the third year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty (1911). It was originally named ‘Yayue Garden’. Later, it was renamed as ‘Zhongshan Park’ and ‘People’s Park’. In 1992, it was renamed Hua Luogeng Park to commemorate Mr. Hua Luogeng, a mathematician. The opening hours are subject to the opening status on the day.
