The site is of brick-wood structure as a whole. The house faces south with three bays in width and seven purlins in depth. The gate is a pair of wooden doors. The room on the left is the place where the meeting was held at that time. During reconstruction, this place was also arranged as the meeting site. There are photos of some of the people who participated in the meeting that year hanging on the walls around, which is of great historical significance.
