Yinyuan Park is an ‘outer garden’ of Xihui Park. It is a professional garden for viewing Wuxi flower and bonsai art. It is also a distinctive night park open all year round. It faces the new canal and backs against Xishan Mountain. Earth hills are piled up in the garden, which not only blocks the miscellaneous scenery outside the garden but also brings Xishan Mountain into the garden. An east-west pool is dug in the garden, integrating mountain scenery and water colors.
The bonsai and flower viewing areas are respectively arranged in a group of classical garden buildings mainly composed of Lihenongxuan, forming a colorful landscape of flower clusters, flower hills, flower ponds, and flower flats, making the small garden seem circuitous and rich in levels. Separately, it is like changing scenery with every step and forming an independent picture; when combined, it forms a long scroll, which is an excellent work of Chinese garden modeling art. The main scenic spots in Yinyuan Park include: Yunlin Painting Draft, Stump Bonsai Museum, Water and Stone Bonsai Museum, Lixuan, Dubi Bridge, Pufengguyuxie Pavilion, Yixiaoting Pavilion, Quyun Bridge, Qishanlou, etc.Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday all year round; open from 08:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays all year round.
