Zhangjiagang Poly Grand Theatre, spanning an area of 22,000 square meters, is divided into two underground levels and five above-ground levels, with a length of 120 meters, a width of 68 meters, and a total height of 30 meters. The project was designed by the American Wilkott Consulting Company and the architectural design was undertaken by the Shanghai Modern Design Group.

As a cultural performance venue in Zhangjiagang City, the theatre serves as the primary location for large-scale party and government meetings, cultural exchanges, and gatherings of the masses. The auditorium is equipped with 1,200 soft seats.

The theatre boasts advanced stage facilities, with the orchestra pit and stage controlled by a fully mechanical automated lift system. It is divided into a main stage, a back stage, and two side stages, capable of performing movements such as translation, elevation, inclination, and rotation, ensuring a diverse range of performing arts activities.

It is equipped with VIP dressing rooms, regular dressing rooms, rehearsal halls, VIP reception rooms, and other service facilities, capable of accommodating international and domestic art troupes, hosting important conferences, and organizing large-scale cultural performances and concerts.
