Xiao Mansion, also known as the Xiao Fangfang Performing Arts Museum, is located on Shangtang Street in Luzhi Town, and was constructed during the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the year of Yi Chou (1889 AD), covering an area of over one thousand square meters. It is one of the well-preserved Qing Dynasty residences in the ancient town. Originally built by a Yang family member who was a martial scholar in the town, it was later sold to Xiao Bingli, a prominent figure from the Xiao family, hence the name Xiao Mansion.

Xiao Bingli (1881-1946), whose given name was Jun, graduated from Jiangsu Higher Normal School. Afterward, he taught at ‘Wu Gao’ and co-founded an electric light factory with Shen Baihan and Yan Darong, among others. He also served as the vice-chairman of the township council and made numerous contributions to local public welfare. In 1998, Xiao Mansion underwent renovation to restore its original appearance and added the Xiao Fangfang Performing Arts Museum, which is now open to tourists.

The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the daily opening conditions.
