The 18-hole, 7001-yard, par-72 course of Guangming Golf Club is built on 100 hectares of green grass. It is designed by Japanese senior professional golfer Ben Miyuki. He has won no less than 30 championships in various professional and amateur tournaments. He also maintained the best score of the Japanese professional tour for 25 years with an astonishing score of 59 strokes. Mr. Goto Takakazu, the chief engineer of the fairway, is an old Zen master in Japanese golf course construction. With his dedicated spirit and delicate touch, he embodies the design essence of Mr. Ben Miyuki in every corner of the course. The spacious fairway rarely has out-of-bound, which is undoubtedly challenging for low-handicap players, and at the same time can make junior and intermediate players have endless fun. Eight fairways built along Baixian Lake and several grass pits instead of bunkers in the course add a lot of fun to the course. The course has a driving range of 2.6 hectares, which is one of the largest golf grass practice ranges in Shanghai. In addition, there is also a short game practice range and practice green, where golf beginners can enjoy themselves.
The opening hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round.
