The Dongtai Lake Swimming Pool is located to the west of Suzhou Bay Gourmet New World and adjacent to Taihu Lake. It is an iconic open-air swimming pool in Wujiang District. The scenery here is beautiful and the air is pleasant. It is less than 10 meters away from Taihu Lake. Swimming here is like swimming in Taihu Lake. You can also enjoy the night view of Dongtai Lake.
The swimming pool is divided into three parts: deep water area (1.4-1.8 meters), shallow water area (1.0 meter), and children’s paddling pool (0.2m-0.3m). Among them, there are four swimming lanes in the deep water area, which are constructed according to the 50-meter standard and can accommodate about 200 people to swim at the same time.
In 2018, some sunshades were added to the Dongtai Lake swimming pool. Friends who want to exercise during the day can come early and no longer have to worry about getting tanned.
Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, Monday to Friday, open from 14:00 to 22:00; From January 1st to December 31st, Saturday to Sunday, open from 13:00 to 22:00.
