The former site of the National Government is located on Zhongshan East Road. It includes the historical materials exhibition hall, the former site of the provisional government senate and the court. The entire building was designed by the well-known Huagai Architectural Firm at that time. It adopts a modern flat roof with a steel-concrete structure and is decorated with traditional Chinese architecture on the outside. It is an early architectural example in the history of modern Chinese architecture to explore the ‘new national form’. Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, open from 08:00 to 18:00.
