The pavilion was built from 1931 to 1934. Designed by architect Liu Dunzhen and contracted by Fujian Jiang Yuancheng Stone Factory. It was constructed with donations from overseas Chinese during the funeral ceremony of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The roof ridge, roof, dougong, beams, columns, and caisson of the pavilion are all carved from marble. The patterns are extremely fine and the craftsmanship is extremely exquisite. It is a relatively beautiful building among the pavilions in Zhongshan Mausoleum. Open all year round and all day. For specific opening hours, please consult the scenic area.
